2. Content and accuracy

Word Unscrambler provides word matches and definitions from a third-party dictionary source. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that definitions, anagrams, word lists, or other content are free from error. Definitions are sourced from dictionaryapi.dev and reflect that service's data — we do not manually verify every definition.

The word list contains over 370,000 entries from a public-domain English word collection. Some entries may be obscure, archaic, or regionally specific. We do not guarantee that every word is valid for every word game's official dictionary (Scrabble uses the OWL and CSW word lists; Wordle uses a separate curated list). Use the results as a reference and verify against the official rules of whatever game you are playing.

3. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and layout are the property of Word Unscrambler's operators. The word list is derived from a public-domain source (dwyl/english-words) and is not proprietary to us. Definitions come from a third-party API and are subject to that API's own terms.

You may share links to Word Unscrambler pages and reference the tool in blog posts, articles, or educational materials. You may not reproduce the site's design or functionality to create a competing word-unscrambling service without written permission.

4. User conduct

By using Word Unscrambler, you agree to:

• Use the site only for its intended purpose: finding words from letters.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site's servers or data.
• Not use the site to generate spam, phishing content, or any material that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
